Candidate will be reporting to the C.E.O, she will be responsible for preparing files and corresponding via email, meeting with clients and follow up with them. Requirements / Skills:• Bachelor degree holder or any certificate equivalent to that • Verbal and written English communication skills. Well versed in MS office. • Excellent Typing Speed, Scan & file documents. • Should be good at Co-coordinating & Entering Accurate data. • Customer service experience, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures. • Entering information into specific files or forms from recorded material, hand written pages or figures contained in printed files. • Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete. • Keeping records of tasks, files and proofread reports. • Able to work under pressure and meets deadlines. • 2- 3 years of experience NOTE: Resume without photographs will not be considered.
